Effects of pro-heat on sensitivity of K562 cell to hydrogen peroxide

  •   Objective   To study the effects of pre-heat on the sensitivity changes of cells to the TNF-α and its mechanism.
Methods   The K562 cells were pre-heated in 40℃ for different time, then were exposed to the hydrogen peroxide, with different concentrations of 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mmol/L, for 16 hours; at the same time the cell vitalities of different time were detected by MTT with constant exposure to 0.02 mmol/Lhydrogen peroxide.
Results   The HSP70 could be induced by preheat, and it went its top after 120 min pre-heat, and the sensitivity of non-heat cell to hydrogen peroxide was lower than that of pre-heated cells.
Conclusion   Pre-heat could induce the HSP70 expression and inhibit the sensitivity of cell to hydrogen peroxide. The mechanism maybe involved with the over expression of HSP70.
