Evaluation on reliability and validity of SF-36 scale in pulmonary tuberculosis patients

  Objective   To evaluate the reliability and validity of SF-36 scale to pulmonary tuberculosis patients and to explore feasibility in TB patients.

  Methods   SF-36 scale was applied to survey quality of life of TB patients under cluster sample.

  Results   Result of factor analysis constant with hypotheses in structure validity analysis.Cronbach coefficient of all domains are greater than 0.7 except General Health domain.Therefore, reliability was good for TB patients.

  Conclusion   SF-36 sacle was useful for measurement and assessment of TB patients qulity of life.
