Effect sodium fluoride on proliferation of nephrocyte in rats in vitro
Objective To study the effect of NaF on proliferation of nephrocyte and protective efficiency of VE, Vc, Se and GSH.
Methods Adding different concentrations of NaF, VE(25μmol/L), Vc(50μmol/L), Se(5μmol/L)and GSH (1mmol/L)into cultured nephrocyte using ELISA to determine the level of OD, and computing the proliferation rate of nephrocyte.
Results NaF has two-side action on the proliferation of nephrocyte.
Conclusion VE, Vc and GSH can antagonize the toxic effect of NaF(1 mmol/L)on nephrocyte.
