Medical service requirements of villager in Qingdao and its influencing factors

  •   Objective   To understand the medical service requirements of villagers in Qingdao and its influencing factors.
      Methods   Cluster random sampling was carried out in prevalence survey.Questionnaire was applied to 3700 rural villagers residing in 7 villages.
      Results   The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 28.72%(male: 30.62%, female: 27.20%).There was negative relations between the prevalence rate of chronic diseases and educational level of villagers.Some behavior-related risk factors, such as smoking, drinking, etc increased the danger of falling chronic diseases rate.The two week prevalence rate was 199.73‰(male: 184.78‰, female: 211.83‰).There were negative relations between the two week prevalence rate and educational levels, family incomes.
      Conclusion   Medical service requirements of villagers in Qingdao was high.The medical care delivery system should be disposed rationally for rural villagers.
