Influence of climate factors on vector aedes density of dengue

  Objective   To explore the relation between aedes density and climate factors, and to provide scientific method to prevent and supervise dengue fever.

  Methods   To collect data of dengue fever case, aedes vector's supervision and climate(including average air temperautre, lowest air temperature, highest air temperaure, sunlight, rainfall and relative humidity).The data is analyzed by correlation analysis method and stepwise regression method.

  Results   Meteorology parameter correlation with aedes density are rainfall, sunlight, average air temperature, lowest average air temperature and relative humidity, the regression equation is obtained by stepwise regression analysis, viz: Y_BI=24.800+0.826 X₁+0.020X₂-0.418X₃X₁ represents lowest average air temperature, X₂ rainfall and X₃ relative humidity.

  Conclusion   The influence of climate factor on vector aedes density is complicated, but its primary influence factors are lowest average air temperature, rainfall and relative humidity.Of course, change of aedes density is very correlative with standard of living and convention of living of local population.
