Study on Inactivity Effects of Youlujing and ComPlex Youlujing against HBsAg

Youlujing(Sodium dichloroisocyanurate)is a kind of organi smchlorine disinfectant and complex Youlujing is a mixture of Youlujing and detergent.The inacttiration effects of these two disinfectants against HBsAg were tested. The results showed that the inactivation effect of youlujing witn increase in conce ntration and exposure time. HBsAg was inactivated after exposure to 1000 ppm(available chlorine)Youlujng for 2 min, 500 exposure ppm for 5 min, 250 ppm for 10 min or 125 ppm for 30 min,and was also completely inactivated after exposure to tested.
