Toxicity Test of Deltamethrine on Various Developing Stages of Mosquitoes

Deltamethrine is a new insecticide. This paper deals with the toxicity of this drug to larvae, pupae and adults of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and C.pipien.The LC₅₀ of deltnmethrine for the larvae of C.tritaeniorhynchus is 8.4 × 10^-7 ppm and for the pupae 5.02 × 10^-7 ppm, and that for the larvae and pupae of C.pipien is 9.55 × 10^-6 ppm and 5,02 × 10^-6 ppm respectively.
