Comparison between Indirect Hemagglutination Method and Animal Inoculation Method for Determination of Anti-tetanus Antibcdy in Human Serum
Anti-tetanus antibody titers in 342 human serum samples were determined simultaneously by indirect hemagglutination method and neutralization test in mice,The results obtaned by these two methods were found to be closely correlated with a,correlation coefficient (r)of 0.88(p<0.0005).
