Detection of HFRS Viral Antigen with Immunoenzyme Assay

Polycloaal and monoclonal antibodies with high titers have been prepared by immunization of animals with inactivated HFRS virus.By the use of these antibodies,both ELISA sandwich method and immunoperoxidase staining technique for detection of HFRS viral antigens were developed.
