The Qualitative Analysis of Fiue Additives in Rubber Products fos Food

  • Rubbel protucts for food are high-moleculas compounds containing kinds of additives. Our Stale stipularer that the additives used in rubber producte for food must not contain any poisonous substances. such as dibenzothiazol elisulfide. This thesis gives a qualitative analysis of fiue additives by HPLC methos. By the scanning of ultsaviolet rey. we selecbed several sulstences which Lave the same wavelevgth of 277nm; by changing the proportion of methyl alcohol and wales and its cussent velocity. we chose the best proprtion and velocity; by the experiment of soluente, dissolution in additives, we extracted the solveats of the sample and wake them volatilige. After Bengene dissolued, we undertook the analysis of HPLC. The way of saving time to give the additives a qualitative distinguishment privides as a depenidable method for the hygienic monitoring of rubber products for food.
