The Study of Color Vision in Women Exposed to Carbon Disulfide by FM100 HUE

To explore color vision effect on CS ₂ exposed workers,the color discrimination of 70 exposed and 23 nonexposed women was studied by the Farnsworth Munsell 100 HUE test(FM100 HUE).The concentration of CS ₂,determined by Multi gas Monitor Type 1320,in workplace was 12.5～36 4mg/m ³.The results showed:the FM100 HUE color vision score did not occurred significantly more often in the exposed group(84.5)than that of among the referents(65.2),but the discrimination to the green zone was impaired significantly(P0 01).The results suggested that the color vision was disturbed among workers exposed to CS ₂.
