Study on the correlation of low radiological levels exposure and the spemidine content in red blood cell

  • To investigate the relation between different low raiolog icallevels ex posure and the spermidine content in red blood cell(RBC).Method:The spermidine content in RBC w as measured by Densly Cholrade reaciton and thin acco rding the different area.Result:The spermine level in RBC w as lesser and could' t be etected. The spermidine content in RBC(1)of the study group and of the control group was 0.39 ±0.08, 0.29 ± 0.08μmol/ 109RBC, respectively, but w aw not a singificantly difference in the tw o g roups(t =1.58 P<0.05), (2)of each group was no obvious differencein sex, and (3)w as a negatve linear correctio n with age, and rwas-0.265, -0.275 respectively, P <0.05.Conclusion :the difference of the spermidine in RBC, had a par t in different local environment backg round level and to which there was hormesis, adaptive response and individual raction.
