Study on Determination of Aluminium in Serum Using the Ternary Micellar Solubilization Spectrophotometry in the System of Aluminium-Chrome Azurols-Cetylpyridine Bromide by Orthogonal Test

  • A blue ternary micellar complex of Aluminium with Chromazurols(CAS)and cetylpy ridine bromide(CPB)has been investigated in the pH range of 5.5 to 6.5.I ts maximum absorption is measured at 618nm, its maximum molar absorptivity is 9.642 × 104L. mol-1.cm-1.Beer' s law is obeyed for 0.0 to 6.0 ×10-6mol.L-1 solutio n for Aluminium.The molar ratio of Al :CAS :CPB in this complex is established to be 1 :2 :3 at pH 6.0 solution.In the presence of vitamin C and hydroxy lamine hy drochloried(AR)is no interference by large amounts of Fe3+ and a number of the other diverse ions.The mean recovery of the method was 96.11 ?.87%, the relative standard deviation(RSD)w as less than 3%. Both the sensitivity and the accuracy are hig her, this method has been was for the quantitative analysis of Aluminium in Serum with simple, quickness and satisfacto ry results.
