Eff ects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Liposome on Lipid Peroxidation and Calcium Homeostasis of Alveolar Macrophage Treated with Quartz

Salvia Miltio rrhiza-phosph olipidcholice liposome was made by Salvia Miltiorr hiza. Salvia Miltiorrhiza- phosph olipidcholine liposome was added to alveolar macr ophage( AM) medium and cultured with quartz. The result showed that morphology and survival rate of AM were close to the control group, MDA content、Ca^{+ +} concentration in AM were obviously lower than those in the quartz group, but GSH-Px activity、SOD activity and reduced GSH content were higher than those in the quartz group. Those changes suggested that Salvia Miltiorrhiza- phospho lipidcholine liposome could suppress quartz-induced lipid peroxidation, keep calcium homeostasis and pr otect AM.
