Ef fects of Marching with 15kg in Dry-heat Desert on the Heat Shock Protein 27 of Humen

  • To explore the ergulation of hea t shock protein 27(HSP27) in case of marching with 15kg in dry-heat desert, the plasmas HSP27 of 56 marchers and 14 controls were detected.The results revealed that there is sig nificant difference between exposed g roups and control(P<0.01), and between for 1 hour and 2 or 3 hours at 3.5km/ h(P <0.05), but there is no significant difference between different time exposures at 5km/h, a t 3.5km/ hand 5km/ h for the same time.It w as in the first 2 hours that HSP27 w as expressed the most activ ely, and in he second hour that HSP27 degraded the most quickly.After marching for 2 hours, a new balance between the synthesis and consumption of HSP27 regained.
