Case -Control Study on Risk-factors of the Sporadic Cases wfth Hepatitis A

A 1:1 matched case -control study w as carried out tQ reveal the factors influencing the occurrence of HA in Jiaxins citv, Zhejiang province.The multivariate analvsis in a 1:1 conditional Logistic regressio n model w as used.The results show ed that the following risk facto rs affected Hepatitis A :contacting with patient of HA, eating outside, poor economic condition, poor health condition in eating place and poor sanitary facilities of household.The OR walues of risk factors above are in descending order.The Susgestion are made whlch ars to direct against those contro lable factors.
