Case-control Study on Mulitiple Risk Factors of Non-insulin-dependent Diabetes Mellitus

25 group risk factors of diabetes were observed in 104 pairs of case non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and normal by 1:1 matching case-control sample in Baoding.22 factors were entered conditional logistic regression and 17 factors were found significance between NIDDM and normal controls(P<0.01).The results of mulitiple factor's logistic model fitted showed that fat over taking(OR=24.0),family history(OR=22.7)and other 4 factors were significance relative with NIDDM.
