Study on Application of Multilocus Enzyme Electrophoresis in Shigella flexneri 2a

79 strains of from Guangzhou and Jiangmen were collected and multilocus enzyme electrophresis(MEE)was empolyed to study the genotype tax on.Six kinds of emzymes were examined and determined.79 strains were classified into 10 electroretic types(ETs).ET1 was of superiority among them.The F2a which possessed the same prototype were examined to be diffirent by MEE.These results showed that MEE was an useful method in epidemiological study.
