Introduction of the Health Emergency Preparedness Self-Assessment tool of European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control

摘要: 欧洲疾病预防控制中心（ECDC）2018年6月在其官网发布卫生应急准备自我评估（HEPSA）工具，该工具针对欧盟全体成员国，从7个领域对本国的卫生应急准备工作进行全面、快速的评估，帮助成员国查找存在的问题，为持续改进卫生应急准备工作提供帮助。本文对该工具作简要介绍，旨在为中国公共卫生工作者提供参考。

Abstract: In June 2018, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) published a Health Emergency Preparedness Self-Assessment (HEPSA) tool on its website. The tool is for all European Union (EU) Member States and addresses their health emergency workers in seven aspects in order to conduct comprehensive and rapid assessment to identify problems in health emergencies and to improve health emergency preparedness continuously. This article gives a brief introduction on this tool and provides references to public health workers in China.
