北京市青年医务工作者焦虑症状现状及影响因素:一项横断面研究

Prevalence and influencing factors of anxiety symptoms among young medical workers in Beijing city: a cross-sectional study

二元logistic回归模型显示,年龄30~34岁(OR=1.27,95%CI=1.16~1.39)、35~45岁(OR=1.43,95%CI=1.27~1.61);工作年限10~14年(OR=1.25,95%CI=1.15~1.37)、≥15年(OR=1.47,95%CI=1.30~1.65);子女个数1个(OR=0.89,95%CI=0.81~0.97)、≥2个(OR=0.90,95%CI=0.81~1.00);住房情况租房(OR=1.33,95%CI=1.25~1.41);工作单位为公共卫生机构(OR=1.33,95%CI=1.03~1.71);年收入10万~20万元(OR=1.12,95%CI=1.05~1.19)是焦虑症状的独立影响因素。
    结论 青年医务工作者焦虑症状风险不容忽视,需采取多种措施关心青年医务工作者。

    Abstract:
Objective To investigate the prevalence of anxiety symptoms and its influencing factors among young medical workers in Beijing, thus providing an evidence-based basis for caring for young medical workers.
Methods From September to October 2023, an online survey was conducted among young medical workers aged 45 and below in Beijing health system. The 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) was used to assess anxiety symptoms. Chi-square test was conducted to compare the prevalence of anxiety symptoms across respondents with different characteristics, and binary logistic regression was employed to predict the influencing factors.
Results A total of 25 604 questionnaires were distributed, and 23 379 valid questionnaires were recovered. The prevalence of moderate and above anxiety symptoms among young medical workers was 15.30%. The occurrence of anxiety symptoms vaied among respondents with different genders, ages, working years, educational backgrounds, marital statuses, numbers of children, housing conditions, employment forms, administrative positions, annual incomes, and professional titles (P < 0.05). Binary logistic regression showed that age of 30–34 years (OR = 1.27, 95%CI: 1.16–1.39), age of 35–45 years (OR = 1.43, 95%CI: 1.27–1.61), working years of 10 to 14 (OR = 1.25, 95%CI: 1.15–1.37), working years ≥ 15 (OR = 1.47, 95%CI: 1.30–1.65), one child (OR = 0.89, 95%CI: 0.81–0.97), number of children ≥ 2 (OR = 0.90, 95%CI: 0.81–1.00), renting (OR = 1.33, 95%CI: 1.25–1.41), working in public health institutions (OR = 1.33, 95%CI: 1.03–1.71), and annual income of 100 000–200 000 CNY (OR=1.12, 95%CI: 1.05–1.19) were independent influencing factors for anxiety symptoms.
Conclusions The risk of anxiety symptoms among young medical workers should not be ignored, and multiple measures should be taken to care for young medical workers.
