MEASUREMENT OF BLOOD TRACE ELEMENTS IN PATIENTS WITH STOMACH CANCER
Wang Guoqing
1989, 5(9): 7-8.
Abstract:
Blood trace elements, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese zinc and copper were measured in 34 case of stomach cancer end ecual number controls(non cancer). Results show that level of blood calicium and iron in patients with stomach cancer are evidently higher than that in patients with no cancer, but level of blood manganesium in patients with stomach cancer is lower than that in patients with no cacer. It indicated thst higher blood calcium iron and lower manganese were associated with stomach cancer closely.

Rapid Determcnation Of The D.M.A. In Meat Products
1989, 5(9): 22-22.
Abstract:
This essay introduces the quantitative analysis of the D.M.A. in meat products. This methop helps to change P.H., raises its sensitity. Byusing this way you can get the slope (B): 0.043, the rate of the recovery (or reclamation): 104 Percent, the precision (C.V.) 2.5 percent. And you won't see there is any interence with M.A. or T.M.A.

Study of an analytical method for butyl alcohol in workplace air by GC
Cheng Yu Qi
1989, 5(9): 29-32.
Abstract:
A Known volume of air was drawn through a charcoal tuhe to trap butyl alcohol present. Then the analyte was desorbed with carbon disulfide containing 1% iso-propyl alcohol. An aliquot of the desorbed sample was injected into a Gas chromatograph. The height of the resulting peak was determined and compared with heights obtained from injection of standards. Uuder the experimcnt conditions the variation coefficient of the method was less than 1.6%, and desorption efficiency, breakthrough capaciiy and detection limit were 97.9%, 15.03mg/100mg charcoal and 5.3×10-4μg, respcctively. Through the field-test, the method can be used in monitoring for industrial hygiene. GC conditions: flame ionization detector, Column (2m stainless steel) packed with 10%/FFAP on 60/80 mesh chromosorb W-AW, 5oml/min Nitregen Carrier gas flow, 80℃ column temperature. 180℃ manifold temperature.
mprovement of the Method of Determination Trace Copper in Food with Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Hao Lin
1989, 5(9): 33-35.
Abstract:
Summary This paper is about when determined trace copper in food with Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectromesry, the Ashing and Extraction processes which before experiment had been simplified the result of determination were very pleased. The influence of the Ash temperature and Atomization temperature, concentration of nitric acid and coexst element-polassium, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium on the result of the determination of copper had been discussed. And a different kind of food samples had been determined. Add rate of recovery was 83.8-106%, R.S.D was 5.4%.
