Observation on Volunteers inoculated with Live Attenuated Hepatitis A Vaccine(H2 strain)
Tan Shunge
1998, 14(7): 385-387.
Abstract:
Five hundred and eight serum-negative volunteers with ALT normal, 4-18years old have heen selected from four trial fields and inoculated with five different lots of live attenuated hepatitis Avaccine.Within 3 days, no local and systematic abnorxnalitv as well as within 1 month no side effect related to hepatitis was observed. The rates of seroconversion reached 88.7%一91.5% 8-12 weeks postinoculation arid GMTs were 2.73- 4.88. The seroconversion rates of HAV lgM for 3-5 weeks were 3.6%一18.1%.The human diploid cells KMB 17 was used to isolate HAV in fecest With 205 samplescollected from 32 volunteers, 98 30 showed positive the rates of isolation and fecal virus-s heclding reached 47.8% and 93.8% repectively.
Application Effects of Rapid Whole-blood Immunoassay Kit For Detection of HBsAg
Niu jianzhang
1998, 14(7): 388-389.
Abstract:
At present, many grass-roots units in Chin still can not test HBsAg in patients, f'or solving this problem, we construcked bispecific antibody for detection HBs Ag using chemical recombination technique.Using this reagent, the rapid whole-blood immunoassay kits were combined(designed JKD).Using the kits, 1- 2.5ng/ml of HBs Ag was tested in whole-blood of patients. Paired test was perfomed in JKD with EIA and PHA kits and the according rates was 98.3% and 98.7%, respectively. HlBs Ag in different population were detected. 16 cases of HBsAg postive by EIA were 100% postive with JKD kits. The postive rates of HBs Ag in viral hepatitis patients was 64.6%(51/79),no one postive detevtable in 73 blood donors, and in genaral population, positive rate of HBs Ag was 3.8%(2/52).The results in this paper indicates JKD kit not only simplyer and faster bnt also have very good senstivity and specificity. The kits can be used in bed-side test of patient, screening of blood donors and epidemiological survey. In addtion the kit especially suitble for application in the grass-roots units in china.

A Series Of Studies About Genetic Agents In Arteriosclerotic Cerebral Infarction The Analyses of Heritability And Segregation Ratio
Shen Jing
1998, 14(7): 391-393.
Abstract:
A genetic epidemiologic case-control study including 214 prdigrees( 109 cases and 105 controls)was carried out to estimate the heritability(h2)and the segregation ratio of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarcation by using the methods of Falconer and Li-Mantelfiart respeckively in Yi Xing city, March 1997. The results showed that the nuclear family members were well comparatively. The segregation ratio was 0. 0529,which was significantly less than 0.25. The theoretical incidence rate thefirst rank blood relatives in cases was 6. 678%,which was no significantly difference from actual rate (8. 611%).and P value was larger than 0.05, It means that the geneticmodel belonged to polygenetics. The heritability of the first rank blood relatives wasequal 53070(in male and female, they were respectively 39.4% and 57%).It suggested that the hereditary fact or was important in the occurance of artariosclerotic carahral infarction.

Analysis of Lung Cancer PmgnosticFactor; and Prediction of Survival Time of Lung Cancer by COX Regression Model
Zhou Baosen
1998, 14(7): 394-396.
Abstract:
A multivariate analysis of 551 lung cancer inpatients of prognostic fackors has been conducked by Cox proportional hazard model. Thess prognostic fackors of main types of lung amcer have been analyzed in detail such as sduarnous and adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma, in order to provide the rules of treatment for different types of lung cancer. The survival funvtions, which were used the predickion for different types of lung cancer, have been built according to thier respective regession coefficient of Cox model and the estimation of n year survival rate of a patient in defined condition at different stages of survival can be predicted from the survival funvtions. The data is scientic evidences to choose the methods of treatment for dinic doctors and to know the prognostic information of lung canczr for patients and their relation. This study is aims at the evaluation of prognostic fackors in different types of Loung cancer and the effect of prognostic factors in differents types of lung canczr on survial times.Furtherrmore, we shall increase the survival rate of lung cancer.

1998, 14(7): 417-418.
Abstract:
The effect of TSP in Lanzhou region on SCE in human peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected in vitro. The result indicated that TSP-induced SCE, frequencies were increased with definite dose-response relationships and that SCE frequencies induced by TSP in Lanzhou railway Bureau and Xigu were higher than Yuzhong.

Intervention Measures of Health Education For Raising The Health Quality of Students In Rural Areas
Zhu Xueli
1998, 14(7): 446-447.
Abstract:
Members of the cooperative group of the project carried out investigation and evaluation of intervention measures of health education for raising the health quality of students at twenty middle and primary schools in 5 counties, which were distributed over different areas. The results were shown as following: strengthening health education of personal of students can raise the hygienic consciousness and health quality.the rate of students who have health knowledge was higher than that of the control points by 42.6%(P<0. 001). The rate of health behaviour formation was also higher than that of the control point by 32.3%(p< 0. 001).The rate of eligibility of the oral health of the students was higher one fold than the control points. The rate of eligibility of hand hygiene increased by 6.57% (p<0. 001) . Thus it can be seen that the intervention measures of health education were the fundamental measures for raising health quality of the whole people.
