Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the changes of whole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca and Mg in rats under restraint stress, and study the effect and regularity of restraint stress on whole blood contents of four elements.MethodsRestraint-stressed model in rats was established, and whole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca and Mg in rats were determined by AAS.ResultsWhole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca and Mg in rats of control group were as follows(μg/ml):(391.20±16.01),(5.90 ±0.56),(59.44±10.1),(45.12±3.38);in experimental group were as follows(μg/ml):(351.23±35.22),(5.05± 0.70),(59.68±7.40),(43.99±4.31).The whole blood contents of Fe、Zn decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),the contents of Ca increased slightly and the contents of Mg decreased, but there was no significant deviation(P>0.05).ConclusionRestraint stress can make whole blood contents of Fe、Zn decrease;there is some association between trace elements Fe、Zn and restraint stress.
