Effects of different health education programs on AlDS knowledge among floating population in Nanjing

Objective To compare the effects of differenthealth education programs on AIDS knowledge among floating population in Nanjing.Methods The subjects collected by cluster sampling were divided into 5 groups(4 intervention groups and 1 control group).The intervention groups were educated with vedio,lecture,handbook,and integrated intervention and the knowledge level of each group before and after the intervention was compared.Results The levels of AIDS knowledge of vedio,lecture,and handbook intervention groups were improved significantly(P<0.05).The education effect with lecture was better than that of with vedio and handbook,and the effect through intergrated intervention was better than that of with the single one.Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the knowledge of AIDS among the floating population by inte2 grated health education.
