Implications healthy ageing to China

As population ageing, China government released the " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Construction and Development of Ageing Career” in 2017, emphasizing that multiple departments should work together in addressing the challenge of an ageing society. However, the healthcare system in China is far away from meeting the needs and improving the health of older population nowadays. In 2015, World Health Organization published world report on ageing and health to help countries cope with ageing issues by putting forward an action plan framework. This study aims at interpreting the report and providing suggestions to improve healthcare system in coping with ageing of Chinese population.
