Physical activity, health status and school-based intervention strategy in students in China

  • The study systematically summarizes the physical activities, health status and multi-intervention strategies of students in the international perspective, examines current status, developmental rules and characteristics of physical activities among the students in China and foreign countries, and describes the dose-effect relationship between physical activity and physical health, psychological health, social health dimension among students. Through the enumeration of practical applications of comprehensive intervention strategy based on socio-ecological model theory in schools of foreign countries, the study aims to give enlightenment and guidance to the implementation of the school-based comprehensive intervention project in China.
