Development and achievement of modern food hygiene in China

  • The Chinese Communist Party and Government have always been attaching great importance to food hygiene/safety in China. With the trial of 《Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China》, promulgation and revision of《Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China》 and the continuous reformation of supervision system, China's food safety supervision and administration have entered an entire new stage. Recent years, food safety standards system, food safety monitoring system and food safety control technology have been continuously improved. At the same time, food hygiene-related professionals of China have participated in international affairs and done studies internationally compatible. Additionally, there are also many breakthroughs in the researches of essential food safety issues and international standards setting up.
