Progress in the use of chatbots in HIV/AIDS prevention and control: a review

With the rapid development of mobile health, chatbots have emerged as a promising intervention tool in HIV/AIDS prevention and control. This review examines the classification and technical principles of chatbots and their applications in HIV/AIDS education and prevention, HIV testing and counseling, and HIV/AIDS treatment and care. The paper also analyzes current opportunities and challenges, with the aim of providing a reference for the development and application of chatbots in China′s HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts.
