The Discovery of Food-poisoning Gaused by Pseudomonas Putida for the First Time

  • One strain of G- non-fermenting bacilli was separated in a large food-poisoning.By Vitek 32 Automatic Micro-organism Analysis System with NFC card,it was confirmed that the non-fermenting bacillus was Pseudomonas putida.By means of epidemic investigation,bacteria separation,white mouse toxicity test and patients serum agglutination reaction,it was verified that the Pseudomonas putida was the pathogenic bacteria of the food-poisoning this time.It was confirmed that there was no report about food poisoning caused by Pseydomonas putida to now and that it was for the first time in the world that the food-poisoning caused by Pseudomonas putida was discovered.
