Contrasting on Supply and Demand of the Medical Health Service between City and Village

  • To interpret the status of the medical health service between city and village and to provide reference data for the decisive department ditributing health resource.According to urban geographic site,economic,culture and development,we select the representative cities among zhejiang province by multistage and stratified sampling,and investigate 9620 families.Result shows that the health demand of city family and village family is more than the health supply of that.Most of health service is higher in city than that in village.The medical fee expended in city is 6.20 percentage of all incomes,and the medical fee expended in village is 8.25 percent of all incomes.Most family can undertake all kinds of medical cost.The annual average of the medical care service of city family is 2526.15 yuan,and that of village family is 2461.34 yuan.
