Abstract
In order to investigate the tocopherol content of common foods from Ningxia.The High Performance Liquid Chromatography was in the test.Result showed vitamin E content of the plant oils is in the range of 8.647~237.04mg/100g.Vitamin E content of the nuts,the legume,and cereals are in the range of 0.077~181.601mg/100g,and the fresh veget ables and fruits are in the range of 0~5.39mg/100g.This data is necessary for estimating the local populations vitamin E intakes.
