The study on Relationship between infection Coxsackievirus group B(CBV) and Dilated Cardiomyopathy

  • To investing the relation between infection of coxsackievirus gruoup B and dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:The 39 case dilated cardiomyopthy patient's CBVRNA in peripheral blood cells and CBVIgM in the sera by RTPCR and ELISA respectively,So were the 26 case health people as control group.Resultes:dill.ated cardiomyopahty patient's positive rates of CBVRNA in peripheral blood cells and CBVIgM in the sera are 41.02% 、30.75%,respectively and the control group's positive rates are 7.6%,2.56%,respectively.The positive rates are significartly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:CBV infection plays an important role in dilated cardiomyopathy.
