The Screen on Insland LEE Containing eae Gene from Special Fragment of EHEC O157∶H7

To screen pathogenicity island LEE containing eae gene. Methods Special frament of EHEC O157:H7 was amplified by PCR and tagged as probe by DIG.Meanwhile,a fragment of LEE containing no SmaⅠsite was obtained through dot blothy-bridization and enzyme digestion.Result An about 23kb-long fragment of LEE was generated.Conclusion The lenghth of screened fragment is not in accordance with the predicted.
