Study on L Gene Necleotide Sequence of Hantaan SEO Type Virus in China

ObjectiveTo lay basis for studing and to provide scientific basis for selecting vaccine SEO viral genes.MethodsViral isolation MCABS typing and RT-PCR were used to determinate a SEO strain.Nucleotide sequence of its L gene was detected.ResultsThe nucleotide sequence of partial L region of SEO virus was acquired for the first time in China.Compared with 76-118 C4 L99 and Seoul strain,the homologies of nucleotide sequence were 70.8%、72%、95.3%、95.9%,respectively,amino acid sequences were 75.6%、75.1%、97.7%、97.3% repectively.ConclusionThe high epidemics of HFRS wasn't because of recombinant of viral genes.
