Investigation on the NK Cells Activity in Peripheral Blood of Cooking Workers

  • ObjectiveTo measure natural killer cells activity in peripheral blood of cooking workers.MethodsMTT reductionassay was used.ResultsThe activity of NK cells in the exposed group was obviously lower than those in the controls.ConclusionIt indicated that the NK cells activity of the nonspecific immune system was inhibited by touching with a lot of cooking oil fumes with long time.
