Trial Research of Preventive Effect of Lentinen on Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia(PCP)

Objective To find out a better drug for prevention of the PCP of patients with A IDS.Methods Adminstering Lentinen to the rats as animal model to prevent occurrence of PCP,with SM Zco as a prev entive contrast.Results Lentinen can greatly reduce the morbidity of the experimental rats.PCP and its morality.Lentinen may result in the morphologic changes of pneumocystis carinii's(PC)cyst.Conclusion It is valuable to research further the Lentinen's prev entive effect on PCP and its influences on PC in morphology.
