Study on Correlation and Regression of Bone Mass Density Measured by Different Implements

Objective To analysis the correlation and regression of bone mass density(BMD) measured in various sites by two differ ent implements.Methods Three hundred and fourty one subjects.BMDs in different sites were tested by two implements,and correlation and regression analysis was employed to the data obtained.Results Significant correlation was found between BMDs measured by different implements in various sites(P < 0.01); regarding BMDS measured by the small implement as independent variables.BMDs measured by the big one as dependent variables,a regression equation can be set up.Conclusion BMDs measured by differ ent implements had significant correlation and regression.
