Effect of DEHP on Lipid Peroxidation in Rats

ObjectiveTo oberve the effect of DEHP on lipid peroxidation in rats.MethodsThe changes of GSH-Px GST、SOD and MDA in the tissues of blood and liver of rats that given different doses of DEHP were detected.ResultsGSH-Px、GST and SOD in the blood and liver dramatically decreased with the increase of DEHP.But MDA content significantly increased,especially in high dose of DEHP.ConclusionDEHP can significantly increase lipid peroxidation in rats.
