Study on Expression of PCNA and p121waf1 in Course of MC Promoting Liver Tumor

ObjectiveTo explore the molecular mechanism of MC in the course of MC promoting liver tumor.MethodsTwo-stage-medium-term theory were applied to set up the animal model,and biochemistry technique to evaluate the model,and then immunohistochemical technique and image analysis were used to study the expression of the PCNA and p21^waf1 in the course of promoting tumor.Results(1)MC could enhance the positive reaction ration of γ-GT.(2)MC could increase the expression of PCNA.(3)MC could decrease the expression of p21^waf1.Conclusion(1)MC can promote liver tumor strongly.(2)The expression change of PCAN and p21^waf1 played an important role in the course of MC promoting liver tumor.
