Intial Study on Inhibital Effect of Bacillus Natto on O157:H7.Staphylococus Aureus and Salmonella

  • ObjectiveTo study the change of bacteria number when Bacillus natto was cultured with O157:H7、Staphylococcus Aureus、Salmonella respectively.MethodsTo cultivate bacillus and three types of pathogenetic bacteria respectively and to purify meanwhile.①To select cultivated bacillus and to cultivate them with pathogenetic bacteria together;②To cultivate bacillus for 8 hr then add pathogenetic bacteria.To observe inhibital effects respectively.ResultsThe effect of Bacillus natto on Staphylococcus Aureus was apparent.Bacillus natto had inhibital effect on O157:H7 on some degree,while it didn't have apparent effect on Salmonella.ConclusionAfter Bacillus natto was cultured for 6~8 hours,aureus O157:H7,Staphylococcus Aureus was aureused.The effect of inhibition was more apparent.
