Study on Genotype of HV from Mice、Mites and Patients

Objective To investigate relation of gentype among mice,mites and patients.Methods Toxicity of HV from mice,mites and patients which all came from endemic area were qualified,HV were typed by monoclone antibody and RT-PCR.Results the results showed that there were HTV type in HV from mice,mites and patients,and had same gene type deteted by RT-PCR.Conclusion It demonstrated antigenicity of HV from mice,mites and patients were similar,HV could transmit among them.It played an important role in pr eserving epidemic area.
