Identification of Enteropathogenie Escherichia Coli by Directly Detected Gene

  • Objective To detect the bfp A and eae A gene of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli(EPEC) with child diarrhea for identification EPEC.Methods The bfp A and eae A gene of EPEC were detected by polymerase chain reaction directly from feces and the strain was isolated by tradition method. Results The results showed that the bfp A and eae A gene consist in 23 strain EPEC and the O124K72 was mainly serotype. The results of directly detection to bfp A and eae A gene from feces and after isolation were significant difference(P<0.01).The positive rate of the bfp A and eae A gene was significant difference(<0.05).Conclusion To detect the bfp A and eae A gene at the same time was needful for identification EPEC.
