Effect of reproductive tract infections and influence factors on married career women in Guangzhou

  Objective   To investigate the prevalence of reproductive tractinfectons(RTIs)and influence factors on married career women in Guangzhou city.

  Methods   Cluster sampling methods were implied and 3 014 different careers married women were carried out by questions and gynecologic examinations.

  Results   The incidence of a total amount for infections was 59.36%.The related risk factors which effected the incidence of reproductive tractinfections were the partition of gyne cologic examinations more than two years, the times of artificial miscarriage and the protective factors were free fee for service and menopause, et al.

  Conclusion   The education of the prevention and cure knowledge about RTIs should be strengthened and the gynecologic examinations should be strongly carried outin order to improve the womens reproductive health status.
