Study on tumor-cytotoxicity effect of PBMC induced by super antigen SEB

  Objective   Observing the tumor-cytotoxicity effect of periphera blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)induced by super antigen staphylococcus enterotoxin B(SEB), so to find a new method in tumor adoptive immunotherapy.

  Methods   Density grads centrifuge was used to separate and rich PBMC, then PBMCs were stimulated with different concentration of SEB, 10^-12 g/L, 10^-11 g/L, 10^-10 g/L and 10^-9 g/L.The tumor-cytotoxicity effect of k562 was detected after being induced 12, 24, 36 and 48 h.

  Results   The tumo-rcytotoxicity effect of PBMC began to increase 12 h later, and the optimum time was 24 h.The tumo-rcytotoxicity effect of PBMC is increasing with risement of SEB in a certain content.

  Conclusion   Super antigen SEB does enhance the tumor-cytotoxicity of PBMC in vitro.
