Relationship between psychosocial factors and symptoms of somatoform disorders

Objective To investigate relationship between psychosocial factors and the symptom of the patients with somatoform disorders.Methods Questionnaires involving the SCL-90,MMPI,DSQ were employed in 53 patients with somatoform disorders.Results The symptoms of the patients with somatoform disorders not only had the relationships with the F,Hs,Pd,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma,Si,K of MMPI and F1,F3 of DSQ,but also represent regression relationship with psychological abnormality crankiness,age,gender education level of the patients.Conclusion Doctors should combine psychotherapy with clinical treatment to improve the effect of the treatment.
