Investigation on verulence gene of Shigella F4c subtype in Ma’anshan

Objective To investigate ipaH、ial、Set、sen verulence gene surveillance among the Shigella F4c strains from Macanshan,Anhui province and epidemic type.Methods PCR was used to detect ipaH,ial,set,sen verulence gene.Results The distribution of ipaH,ial,set,sen verulence gene among these 48 strains was seperatelly 100%,98%,96%,88%;These strains can be classified into 5 types.Type I was main in this area.Conclusion The PCR results showed the ipaH、set、sen verulence gene were generally present among these strains.The presence of ipaH、ial,set、sell verulenee gene made this type spread in this region.
