Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of IFN-α2b on inducement to CD25 and its mRNA in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.MethodsThe 160 typical chronic hepatitis Bpatients, including in light 93 and in moderate 67,were treated with IFN-α2b and routine medicine, and the expression of CD25 and its mRNA before and after being stimulated with PHA was dynamically detected by biotin-streptavidin(BSA)and Real-time PCR,respectively.ResultsThe expression of CD25 and its mRNA could be increased after treatment of IFN-α2b.After the third course of treatment, there was significant differ ence between in the subgroup of IFN and in the subgroup of routine medicine(P<0.05).In our study,as if the expression of CD25 mRNA was paralleled with that of CD25.ConclusionThe low expression of CD25 and CD25 mRNA was identified in the patients with chronic hepatitis B and associated with activity of pathog enetic condition. The expression of CD25 and CD25 mRNA can be induced by IF N-A2b so that a lot of active Tlymphocytes being activated, and the cellular immune function of host can be improved after treatment obviously.
