Effect of antibacterial peptides extracted from musca domestica pupa on membrane of cancer cell

ObjectiveTo observe the four kinds of cancer cell injured by antibacterial peptides extracted from Musca domestica pupa with SEM,study the machine-process of antibacterial peptide killing the tumor cells.MethodsThe larvae were infected by bacteria with a needle,in order to be induced to produce some antibacterial peptide,then wait,when the larvae become the pupa,the peptides were extracted and worked on the four cancer cells.After 36h the cells were observed by SEM.ResultsMembrane of four kinds of cancer cell were drilled some holes.ConclusionThe machine-process of antibacterial peptides killing cancer cell could drill the membrane.
