Applicatilon of synthetical evaluation methods in community health service assessment

Objective To explore the methods and models of synthetical evaluation for community health services(CHS) and provide some methodo logical advice for CHS evaluation.Methods the objects of performance assessment were 12 administrative districts in Hubei province,the methods included accumulative synthetical scoring,RSR method and Topsis method,and the results of synthetical evaluation were combined.Results there exist some differences among three synthetical evaluation outcomes,but the results had consistency.After combination,the results were more stable and reaso nable,and the results of four combination methods had consistency.Conclusion the results from different evaluation methods are similar and could truly reflect the practical situation of community health service performance.It's better to combine the results of synthetical evaluation appropriately to make the result more stable and reasonable.
