Research on responsiveness of multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents

Objective To evaluate the responsiveness of multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents (MSQA).Methods MSQA was administered in 413 freshmen and 1 337 high school students.then the difference between grade one and grade three high school students was evaluated.the frshmen were retested three months later,and the change was evaluated.Results Both the scores and the number of items of sub-health symptoms lasting for more than one month and of physiological,psychological domains and overall questionnaire in the first test,were higher than that of the later one among the freshmen.Also the scores and the number of items for grade one high school studnts were lower than those of grade three students.Conclusion the responsiveness of multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents is relatively good,and it could be promoted in large sample population.
